What you will do:
As our Business Development Lead, you are the driving force behind Grindstone's growth — identifying prospects, nurturing relationships, and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships. You work closely with the leadership and creative teams to ensure every pitch, proposal, and client conversation reflects the quality and ambition of the agency.

. Track and report on business development activity, pipeline status, and revenue targets.

. Support leadership in defining and refining the agency's growth strategy.

What you need to bring:
. 2–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management — ideally within a creative, marketing, or communications agency.
. A proven track record of winning new business and growing client relationships.
