Overview

Uganda Communications Universal Service and Access Fund and Grindstone developed a brand identity toolkit that gave the organisation a bold new look.
UCUSAF came to us with a clear need a cohesive brand identity that could carry the weight of a government institution while feeling modern, credible, and distinctly Ugandan. We got to work building a toolkit that would do exactly that.

We focused on:

      . Defining a brand identity rooted in the values and vision at the core of UCUSAF's mandate.

      . Producing a full suite of brand assets — from logo variations to colour systems, typography, and design templates.

      . Packaging everything into guidelines clear enough for any team member to apply correctly and consistently.

      . Delivering a toolkit built not just for today, but for the years of institutional growth ahead.

The result was a brand identity toolkit that gave UCUSAF more than just a new look it gave the institution a visual language worthy of its mandate.
