Overview

Three safety-clad workers in yellow and navy reflective jackets, hard hats, and safety glasses posing outdoors in front of a TotalEnergies sign.
TotalEnergies partnered with Grindstone to mark World Safety Day with a celebration that put the wellbeing of people firmly at the centre.
We approached TotalEnergies' World Safety Day with the gravity it deserved — crafting an experience that was informative, engaging, and deeply human. Every element of the day was designed to do one thing: make safety feel personal.

We focused on:

. Creating awareness sessions and demonstrations that brought safety principles to life in a way everyone could connect with.

. Building a programme that moved seamlessly between education, reflection, and meaningful conversation.

. Uniting TotalEnergies staff, partners, and community members around a shared commitment to a safer world.

. Sending every attendee home not just informed, but genuinely moved to champion safety in everything they do.

Because the best safety culture is not built in boardrooms — it is built in moments like these, where real people make real commitments to look out for one another.
Whether it's an idea, a challenge, or something in between, we're here for the conversation.
